to the quality and dimension of the conflict.
Usually, mediation remains confidential
until the parties agree otherwise.

The mediator must assure that the parties
are aware of their rights and duties, and
that they do not give away their legal
positions out of carelessness or ignorance.
In difficult conflicts, the parties will
always be advised and assisted by their
lawyers before and during mediation.
The success rate of mediation cases leading
to a solution is above 80 per cent. Mediation
is time and cost efficient. Once the parties
have agreed to mediation, even complicated
conflicts can be resolved in few sessions.
